Auto pcm in a 6spd car?

I just found out i have an auto pcm for my 6spd firebird. The yrs are the same tho. I have to get the pcm tuned anyway because i added a cam. rockers and headers. Can the tune change it from auto to manual i dont know much about tuning im just trying to get info before i get to that point.

Yes they are interchangable. Youll be fine once you get the tune.
