What all is done to the car? I see on the dyno sheet it says a 383. What heads, cam, trans, gears, etc. Those numbers seem pretty mild for a 383. Also do you know what your elevation is? that can play a big difference on HP readings. Last question. What kind of dyno was it done on? Dyno readings are helpful, but you never know what you will do till you run it at a track.

My personal opinion is that those numbers are low. I would check that it isn't starving for fuel. I would make sure you have between 30-36LB injectors and your fuel pressure is about 43PSI. Most similar setups make between 380-410 WHP.

Make sure all your cylinders are working, I had lower #'s my first time out the dyno after a rebuild also. Turns out I had 2 dead holes, you should be more in the 370-390 hp range.

In all honestly, I would get a different tuner...

well, is it an auto or six speed? if you have a huge stall that can show very low numbers... honestly your AFR is way off, if thats correct your car is way lean.
and either you let out or your having an opti cutout on the top end. there are some serious issues that need to be looked at, but either its not tuned right or your having issues with the fuel system. or the AFR just wasnt hooked up right for the dyno pulls.
more information and we can really help you figure this out more.

I hear hit or miss stories about tunes from CSS.
Most of the people I know that got their tune from there ended up going somewhere else to get something fixed.
