Tuning for a FI 383

Building a FI 383 for a 93. Have Moates stuff. What mail order tuner has the best results, pcm4less or madz28? I just want something so my car can run well. Just building the bottom end this year, the top end will come later.
I hear good things about both.

Idk how much experience madz has with 2 bar tunes but I know alvin at pcmforless did my 2bar tune.. granted the car isn't finished yet but alvin has done a handful of FI 93s
