basically a woman's son borrows her car and lets a girl drive it. she wrecks it and dies. now his mother is suing the mother of the deceased girl for damages for the car and medical bills for her son who survived with minor injuries? seriously? your kid survived, hers didn't. and your kid is the one who took the car without permission. don't you think the other woman has suffered enough?
