Late night and Im heading home from the city. Working my way back to the boondocks and a clean pewter firebird comes strolling by, didnt think much of it till I saw the magnaflow exhaust tips. 5thstart to give a little chase but he runs off. Cop up ahead so I wait it out. We jump off the same exit and the cop heads off right. Slow for the Red light, but we get the green ,,1st gear roll- he stabs it and jumps out a stout 2car lead, I get in it late but stop his pull by2nd and start a to reel in some, at 75 he starts to move out some at 95 im pulling close back to a car length and bringer up to 6300 without a hicup at 110 im out in front with a solid 1car lead, we let out and stick through a tight bank right turn with no problems. We slow down and he darts off and ends the night. Would have liked a straight up run since I thought it took to a little long for me to reel him in. Formula was auto catback with a "last of the breed" emblem on his front quarterpanel. Never talked to the dude.
