sure np, put the ls1 fuel tank in with dual squash 340 pumps, 8 feed and return line, have the shortblock together but the piston rings were the wrong size so getting the new ones sent in now, thats pretty much what we are waiting on.. painting my wheels for the heck of it since im waiting doing that tomorrow

Taking mine to them mid May for a rebuild. Saved a ton of money doing so as the original builder wanted 3K for a rebuild...eeeeek!

Sean, to answer your question...no. It is a 8 yr old motor but I'd think I'd get a discount of some sort. LOL Seeing how it only had less than 1K miles when it let go. But in all honesty I'm not putting the blame on him at all. I did tinker with damn thing, me and few others but it was only setting the valve lash. As for losing compression...well that's anyones guess. It's all good. Not upset at all. I'm just thankful that Tick will do it. Can't wait to get it up there so I can get some other things done while its apart.

@The SRZ I'm just very very glad to see you sticking with it. I thought that car was a goner there for a while.

lt4383stroker, how much boost are you going to have with that 87mm turbo? Nice setup man. Good to see another LTx built to the 9's.
@Fastbird...man when I said I'd never get rid of the car, I mean it. The car has been with me longer than my previous marriage and will continue to be with me til the day I move on to the next life. I wanna stick a new LT1 from a C7 in it one day, say 5 yrs from now.93 SRZ
