I did plenty of weight reduction also. I removed all the interior. carpet and insulation 48#
Front bumper 23#
Rear bumper 19#
Wiring (what I saved) 13#
Also removed but not weighed
rear seatbelts
rear seats
abs + wiring
airbags+ wiring
all hvac + wiring
Radio, speakers + wiring
I'm going to leave the interior out for the 10pt cage and then I'm going put down some ozite for carpet. For the seats I'm going with the kirkeys.
I have my heads and intake out getting ported right now at Headbytes, should be done in a week or two.

Got the injectordriver wired in and the new hole in the firewall for the harnees cut out. I need to order new wireloom and harness tape cause AutoZone don't have crap.

Nope, Autozone has a horrible selection of wire loom. If you have a Fry's near you, go there. They actually have 1/4" stuff which is hard to find, I bought a bunch when I redid my engine harness.

Guys, just watch out for the poly wire loom you get in the big box stores. It's thin, soft, and melts very very easily. For not much more money, TechFlex F6 split braid loom is available on ebay for very reasonable costs, and there are suppliers on line which sell the factory style nylon loom that's very heat resistant. Just hate to see you go to the trouble of all the wiring only to have it melt and become a bigger problem within a couple of days of actual use.

Yea. I bought the loom from there that I used on my lights side of the body harness. It greyish and cheap quality. I didn't want to buy it for the engine harness.
Thanks @Fastbird for pointing me in the right direction. I'll certainly be looking into the TechFlex F6 your talking about.
