Yes they are, I ran them with the stock tires for a long time. They were "M" speed rated(81mph) took them to a 130+ many times. I now have some M&H radials on the front.

For some reason i think white cars were an exception. My buddy has a 95 that has an original white roof always thought it was strange. Mirrors and door handles are still black tho.
