I recommend the Spec HD bearing, you can get it directly from Spec for $85.99. It's the thicker square top LT4 style vs. the standard round LT1 style.

Awesome, I'll have to keep that link handy. The one I have now has a slight bent area on the back flange that sets on the pressure plate. Not really sure if that would effect anything.

Not supposed to be bent but it's not uncommon to find them that way.

After reading this thread I ordered a bearing from SPEC, they will not give you shipping cost until after you order. man was I shocked to get hit with a $23 shipping charge. I could have bought a centerforce bearing from jegs for the same price and free shipping. just know that they really nail you on shipping!
