Default Does anyone have Phab (ebay) exhaust reviews and video?

The catback systems are super cheap and look identical to a loudmouth. I'm currently getting rid of my Hooker supercomps and off road Y to go to some smog legal mids that I picked up here about a month ago; I'm also debating on ditching my current exhaust setup. Right now I'm running a 3" crush bent one piece catback pipe to a magnaflow single in dual out muffler and Pontiac G8 tips. It does sound awesome and looks ok, but I think I can sell this thing on craigslist and buy a new ebay one thats SS and not crush bent and break even price wise.

If anyone has videos or experience with the phab system, post it here please. Thanks.

I had one on my formula for 3 years, first with stock manifolds (sounded good) then with ebay stainless headers & y-pipe (sounded awesome). The only reason I got rid of it was when I replaced my rear end with a quick performance 9inch rear the exhaust hit the center section of the rear end. I wish I could have made it work, I really liked the sound, and I hate the true dual setup I have now (no ground clearance). I say if you don't have a quick performance 9in. than go for it. Tim....

I'll have to keep this on the radar. Never heard of them.

Only a 2.5 or 2.75 inch system. I forgot which but it deterred me away.

I know someone who has one on a ls1 and it's really fkn loud.

Thanks for the replies, I did see someone on the other site that they measured ~2.75" inner pipe diameter. @93bird did you by any chance measure yours? I'm honestly not too worried about that since I'm going getting rid of the long tubes anyways. I did find a couple vids on youtube and they did sound great. I like the raspy sound. If I go this direction I'll make some videos for sure. Still if anyone else has personal experience I'd still like to hear from you.

The opening of the main pipe is 2.75 then it opens to 3" and then 2.5" when it splits into two pipes over the rear. I think its smaller to tie in to the stock exhaust pipe.

That would make sense, probably possible to cut it back to the 3in opening if needed. The mids I'll be running have a 3in outlet on the y pipe. I'm eying the one with the CME tips for 340. I don't have a valance but that can come later.

I did see a picture a guy took that showed the inlet to be under 3 inches. There were also several complaints that the tip inlets are too big for the pipes, so they can't be clamped on.
