Got everything jammed and finally seeing the pearl on the car out in the sun. I was worried it would be too flashy being a plane Jane kind of guy but I think its going to look pretty sick when its all done. Hard to see in the picture but with the deck lid standing straight up it looks like a completely different color.

Funny you ask, it was supposed to be painted today but I was in training all day and couldn't get by to snap any pics. Hopefully I can get a few on Monday before it heads off to have the top redone. Tracks opening up around here and is making me really want it back.

Hoping to have some more progress pics tomorrow but I did get the tires dismounted off my new wheels, going to send them out to be powder coated.
Big thanks to @muddyjimmy for letting these wheels go and a bigger thanks to my wife for the awesome anniversary gift.

It has become my usual experience with body shops to take waaaaayyyyyy longer than you expect or they tell you a project will take. The Landou top has been replaced and all of the pieces are starting to come together. I am hopeful that this week will yield some progress pics that I can post.
On a positive note the powder coater said my wheels will be done on Monday and the pic he sent me looked pretty cool. Can't wait to get the new front runners mounted.2013 King of Street & ES/PA Champ
