there is a whine. When you give it gas, I know it's an old setup, I'm just curious where the sound is coming from.

Ah, that was my LE1HL/LE2 350 setup with a single 3" hooker.
That's what it sounded like, never really noticed the whistle.
I had resonator tips on it. At that point, I beleive it also had two broken valvesprings. (found out later)

No no man ... you got to use X-airfoils. Gotta catch both the vertical and horizontal turbulance.
