    Here is an option for you Larry that just came up over on corvette forum. Granted it is more money than this current car you are considering, but has a Karl Ellwein 383 with LE ported trick flow heads with a long list of other performance upgrades. The owner claims it runs mid 11's. Looks very nice in the photos with only 37,000 miles.

    Yeah... i saw that... not what im looking for tho. Cheap amd savable is what i want. May cost alot by the time its done, but it will be mine, not someone elses old ride.

    Awesome car but I love the sentiment above.

    My brother and a few friends ride my ass about getting rid of mine or just doing an LS swap but they just don't understand. IT'S MINE.

    I catch a lot of flack for having heavy ass audio but performance/speed upgrades too. Again, IT'S MINE. It represents things I love.
