Look at the wiring harness. You may have a brake in the wires

Which specific numerical code - there are several? 97's in particular have a frequent problem with the pink wire, which supplies 12 volts to power the sensor, breaks somewhere in the harness. Check for 12 volts between the pink wire and black/white wire. If no volts, check between the pink wire and a known good ground point. A broken pink wire would set P0100.
The yellow signal wire carries a variable frequency signal. If your multi-meter has a frequency (Hz) scale, you should see about 2,500 Hz at idle, and frequency should increase as RPM increases.
There is also a diagnostic that checks the rationality of the MAF signal. It checks the MAF sensor reading (grams/second) vs. the mass air flow calculated using the speed-density method. If there is a significant mismatch, I believe it sets P0101. That could be caused by an air leak between the MAF and the throttle body, a dirty MAF sensor, etc.
It's important to know the exact numerical code.SOLD - GONE TO A (VERY) GOOD HOME ! - 94 Formula A3+1: 381ci forged stroker - Callies Stealth, Oliver 5.85 billet rods, BME nitrous pistons / CNC LT4 heads / CC solid roller / TH400+GearVendors OD / 4.11 Strange 12-bolt / 300-shot N2O / Spohn Suspension / roll bar / MoTeC M48 Pro engine management system /a few other odds 'n ends.

P0100 so maybe a broken wire I got nothing between the pink and black. But in the morning will check pink to good ground if not off to looking in the harness

No volts between pink and black/white indicates one of the wires is broken, but not which one. Pink to known good ground would tell you it's the pink wire.
All voltage measurements made with key on, engine off, harness off the sensor.SOLD - GONE TO A (VERY) GOOD HOME ! - 94 Formula A3+1: 381ci forged stroker - Callies Stealth, Oliver 5.85 billet rods, BME nitrous pistons / CNC LT4 heads / CC solid roller / TH400+GearVendors OD / 4.11 Strange 12-bolt / 300-shot N2O / Spohn Suspension / roll bar / MoTeC M48 Pro engine management system /a few other odds 'n ends.

No volts so I traced it to the back of the manifold and nothing so idk what I'm going to do now.

Found it right as it goes around the manifold. Only other thing to fix before inspection is my airbag light. This should be fun. But thanks alot
