VP Racing is pretty good about matching a fuel to your setup, there's a form you fill out on their site with your details. Since I want to keep my wideband O2 in all the time I'm trying VP's MS109 this year. It's their unleaded/oxygenated fuel. It can be run straight or diluted with any unleaded if desired.

Your setup is going to have a lot to do with fuel choices i.e. leaded vs unleaded and oxygenated vs non-oxygenated, burn/ evaporation rate, octane level all come into play.

I throw 5 gallons of unleaded 105 every once in a while into the impala when I hear some pinging. Usually on hot days when operating temp climbs a bit

Just remember to change your tune to the proper stioch ratio of the race gas vs the pump gas you are tuned to. If you are running 93 pump with ~14.64 stoich and go to say a 13.4 such as MS109 you will need to adjust your tune or risk running your car lean. If your lambda is 1.00 with pump then your new value will be .92 or 8% richer than pump gas.

I ran Sunoco 110 standard leaded for a little over a year and am going to try out the 260gt plus once I run out the 110.

How do you like running the 110 sunoco? The new procharge engine setup looking to run 18# corred for the altitude.

The 110 Sunoco works great. It is a little overkill for octane for my setup but I am still tuning the engine and want a safety buffer. It smells amazing but it is leaded so it will eventually kill the o2's. I am going to try some Sunoco 260gt plus and adjust my tunes to see how it likes the unleaded.

You being at high altitude would not need as much octane as your DA will be a lot higher than at sea level. You could get away with the 260gt plus or 110 for your setup depending on your compression ratio. If you are running stock o2's I would go with unleaded.
