just don't get anything that necks to 2.5" then 3" in the collector. alot of the cheap stainless do that. I've had pacesetters that are 12 years old and were on 4 different cars fit better than good stainless headers. yeah they look shitty, but they never rotted thru

Like tubby said the cheap ones like I have do kneck down some. Mine measured a little over 2.75 inside diameter though not even close to 2.5
I don't think it made much if any differance performance wise though with my car just being cam only.
I've had pacesetters and they are also GREAT but the paint will burn right off them and since you have a super nice low mile car I'm sure you don't want the headers looking like they came from the bottom of the ocean.
But if you had the money for lpp headers I'm sure can afford the ceramic coated pacesetters.

I really didn't like lpp headers. fit like shit. @kitt8090 had good luck with eBay stainless from "speed daddy". said they were pretty good. they look like stainless pacesetters and a pacesetter y pipe works with them

Those look EXACTLY like the ones I bought if thats the same speed daddy.
The only reason I didnt get them was I couldnt find a y-pipe from speed daddy.

pacesetter y pipe slips right on and fits perfect, that's what @kitt8090 used

remember guys, 304ss is actually lower quality than what oem exhaust are usually made from, which is 409ss.

Yeah I used the pacesetter y. Bolted right up. No modifications at all. Only issue I had was the one primary on the driver's side I had to dent to clear the steering shaft. Otherwise they have an amazing fit along the motor and underneath they give you all kinds of room to pull starter, oil filter, o2's etc. No complaints here at all.
