You should take a video while driving.

No its staying locked tach never moves when locked in.
When the converter is unlocked (low speed driving) it will kinda surge at the very slightest amount of throttle, once the converter locks in then it jerks at very light throttle since it's locked. It even does it if you coast to a stop just not as bad.

Could this be related to DFCO settings? Fuel injectors turning on and off?

With the stock cam, stock tune, you can feel the injectors turn back on when the RPM/MAP drops to a certain point. Might be more noticeable with a more aggressive cam. Closed throttle timing also comes into play here. Deleting DFCO altogether would seem to increase popping in the exhaust at decel, and waste a bit of fuel. I know my tuner initially had the DFCO set wrong, and just coasting at low RPM, very slight accel pedal, the injectors were turning on and off, and car was jerking along (manual trans). Took him about 2 minutes to fix.

    But.... I'm not tuner.

I have this issue, but I'm lazy and scared of bricking my pcm that I've flashed 90 times already so I'm leaving it lol.
