Thread: leaning out tune?

Same here, Mine has been gone since my first mod back in 97 and never had any issues, but I know it can affect others in different manors, such as when we had the shop, we could have two cars literally the exact same mileage, mods ect, and one would need different timing, A/F and make more power than the other,

ok, checked out your tune and again nothing out of the ordinary, your idle timing is right at 30*, have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Drove it to work today and now it wont pull under load, After I load it up after work and get it back home ill report back. Pretty sure its a fuel pressure issue because it will still idle.

It will be in the low 30s at idle. Is it 43ish when primed?

Wow I thought it was supposed to be higher than that... anyways
just attempted to drive it down the road and now its running fine atleast as good as it was anyways.
I stuck the fuel pressure gauge on the windshield and fuel pressure goes in the low 40's while driving and holds pressure under WOT
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im getting tired of posting about this car lol, it was perfect before I swapped the cam.
I used a cheap opti off ebay and now im really starting to think that may be the problem..........
Ive got my old one buy it was breaking up in the high RPM range

Up, you know that the opti also involves the fueling dept via injectors
