Line from Opti to intake manifold:

Second line is just plain rubber hose to supply filtered air that has passed thru the MAF sensor. Drill a hole in the inlet elbow, stick a 90* elbow in it, attach hose and connect other end to Opti.

I got my new vent hose and fittings with check valves like in the picture from e bay. I think its searchable by part number.

then you just get a 95 up vented cap, and drill the three drain holes in the bottom with a 1/16" drill bit and rtv in a vacuum 90 and two tees, little bit of hose, done
