It's got a 383 LT1 with Trick Flow heads, Comp cam 10.5 comp. 4"exhaust with Edelbrock ceramic headers. Smog legal.

Not yet. It was dynoed at 336rwhp 375rwtq. If that sounds a bit low keep in mind smog legal cam so not exactly a power maker.

Damn... cali restrictions suck. It does sound a bit low... but with all things considered, I get it.
Who did ur tuning? Maybe there is more to be had with a better tuner?

It was my buddies car, he ended up getting married, kid, house, etc... He had it tuned years ago and cant remember who did it. It used to have a much bigger Clay Smith cam in it and no cats and was a beast, but he ended up swapping in a near stock Comp Cams bumpstick (has a very slight choppy idle) and put in catalytic converters. Also it's tuned to run on our 91 octane horse p*ss California gas. It goes (easily breaks the tires loose in 1st). Also I remember they had the rev limiter set at 5,500 rpm and from the look of the graph it was still climbing. I turned it up to 6k so i'm sure it's probably higher. At the crank probably 385hp 430tq.
