A procharger will make plenty of noise with an open bypass valve.

I agree with what Shownomercy said. If you are comfortable doing fab work then going turbo is a great option. If not, the procharger setup will be easier to implement/maintain.

Have you checked out the shiny exhaust and fuzzy dice aisle at your local car part store?

Lots of chrome, some stickers, and a fart can, you will be the center of attention.

If you go S/C and don't have any headers, I've got a set of FLP's 1 3/4 LT's and ORP for sell cheap. S/C are simple weekend jobs for the most part. Biggest issue is belt alignment. Some have no problems and others it's a never ending nightmare.

I already have headers and the standard mods, and no im not too comfortable with doing fab work so I'm guessing I'll be going procharger in the future

You do realize that a "procharger" is just one brand of centrifugal supercharger, and a centrifugal is a "real" supercharger? It's not some sort of inferior substitute for a roots (positive displacement) or screw type supercharger.

Yeah I do but since procharger is one of the best known brands if you say procharger everyone knows what you're talking about the only other brand I know of if hand is Vortech and I know it's a true supercharger and I know it's not inferior, I personally like roots style, and twin screw styles more.
