Go Kart
Just bought a HammerHead 150 GTS go kart so I can drivwe while taking 5 yr old grandkids for a ride.
It's all stock and it did not take long to get used to the power/speed/acceleration.
Wanting something more but not sure wether to tear into, port/mill the head, intake, carb, exhaust, etca nd drop $500-750 in to this engine OR if someone knows of a swap that will putr an engine and auto tarns in the kart for similar price and have more gain.
Let me know if you have done an engine swap, modded a stock 150cc engine (GY6 engine I believe) or have a modded kart 2 seater, preferable auto trans so grandkids can eventually drive) for sale, etc,
I have this posted in the "for sale" section and the "lounge" so hopefully I can get some better feed back/responses.
thanks,
Lloyd

I changed the clutch weights to get it going quicker and climb better. These made a huge difference in mine. Dr. Pulley 18x14 Sliding Roller Weights 12 Gram
