Stock suspension, albeit 200k mile old. Has stock torque arm and bracket. Haven't had the money for an adjustable yet. I plan on getting one to correct that to begin with. But this feels alot worse than pinion angle. It literally makes the knock sensor spaz

You had this before the new shaft? Didnt see anything broken like mounts. Checked the shaft for balance new and old. Shit when shit goes wrong I sometimes just put back what i did. 90% of shit that goes wrong after is mostly my fault. Someting I did wrong or bad part.

Following popo8 lead spitballing have you looked to see if there is something wrong with the tire ( separate cords in the tire bubble in the side wall, tread separation from the cords.)

It did this before with everything stock. Now I have poly motor and trans mounts, good aluminum driveshaft, and it's doing it the same as before, hence why I believe it's something out back. If i can get the wheels on tonight then I'll see if it's that. Tires have no bubbles.

If it was pinion angle it would usually do it more when accelerating vs decel and vice versa. I have been thru that when I rushed my umi torque arm install on my old formula. This is consistent on either.

If it was worse id blame it on poly mounts. But that's all I ever run, and they've never caused this.

I have had the vibration occur once and it happened to be the drive shafts out of balance.
