Thread: Line lock

  1. #1

    Default Line lock

Slp line lock install went easy. Slight brake issue.
The pedal is harder than normal and will get very hard and have no stopping power behind it, with a low trac light every so often.

Set the brakes then the lock and it still pushes the front wheels but has resistance.

Abs was bleed, the brakes back and forth.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

@Fastbird makes and sells linelock kits. I know this is not one of his, but I tagged him in hopes that he may understand ur issue and how to correct it.

How did you bleed the ABS block? They can have air stuck in them if you don't pulse em with tech2 etc.

To add to this I drove it around and mashed on the brakes a few times. Got the abs to go off and the brakes def got better. I'm assuming there is air in the abs unit

Your suppose to have a scanner like a gm tech 2 or somthing of the sort to activate the abs solenoid to bleed it.
But you can do some hard stops on gravel to make the abs go off and that works to
