First off, nice build. Reminding me how time consuming its going to be putting mine back together, especially with a 3 year old around now.
Secondly, one more reason im convinced I'll be tying Torqhead 24x. Lots of good info and motivation/ideas for us boosted addicts.
Thirdly, I'm a little concerned about that fuel pump setup myself. I have used epoxy around fuel before and it didn't end well. Fuel seems to eventually soften the epoxy. I'd be concerned the pass through fitting may come off, and causing fuel leakage with a full tank, and maybe worse case, catch fire.
I'd like to try something similar, so let us know how that works out please, but do keep an eye on it!! I don't think I'll need the amount you require as I'm aiming for the range you were supplying with dual 255's

Sorry everyone for disappearing for a while. I've just been too busy to do any of my stuff. Anyways I've got some new numbers today. Anyone want to take a guess?

905 rwhp @ 5800
858 rwtq @ 5150
Still had some issues. This was @18psi. Who knows what it would pick up if I had made the 23 pounds of boost that I was wanting to give it. I still could have climbed little higher on the rpm band but it was peaking out on that pull. The clutch was starting to slip and I called it good there for now. I really do think it's got another 100+rwhp left in it.
And ambient temps that day were in the 80 and lower 90 degrees. The thing is now moving some air.

The power curve is smooth. Peak numbers aren't the full story. @3,000 rpm it's putting down about 600rwtq and about 380rwhp. Graph looks like roots blower curve. The car never feels weak at any given rpm and when rowing through the gears.

Removing these two parts gained me 120 rwhp and I still left the blower hat on it. So if any gains to be had are unknown at this point.

As we were talking and making adjustments. I'm gonna go ahead and grab one of these Procharger bell housings or get one from steve morris. There was a 427 C6 there that he gained 100 from removing filter and gained another 100 rwhp from switching over from a straight screen to one of the volute bells. That's a 200 rwhp gain.

Anyone have gotten their blower volute machined by Steve Morris. I may end up sending it out to him.
