Well my friends, it's THAT time again, where I start posting up and asking you all to spread the word about the 4th Annual, Eastern PA, LTXtech.com Dyno Day.

(Pre registration will be open to members of this forum first, last year we had 25 pre registered for the dyno event, and it fills up Fast!!!)

I am asking that you all spread the word on other forums and pages that u are members of, and please add the links here, so that I may assist with answering questions.

As the past 3 of these events, it will be held at Performance Specialties in Pottstown PA.

PRICE WILL REMAIN THE SAME;
$40.00
(Neither I or this site gets any money. In fact, I will lose money hosting the event... Just know that what Ray, the owner charges, is what i charge you).

WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY;
-3 pulls with print out on Dynojet
-Free food (large assortment. Anyone who has attended can verify the decent spread)
-Free drinks (soda, water, adult beverages for those 21 and over)
-Trophie/Award for HP and we will also be doing the car show in the adjecent lot, with a Trophie/Award for that as well.

-Car show entry is "donation." Whatever you want to donate.

WHEN IS IT;
-Saturday of Easter weekend.
(Easter Sunday is the "rain date.").

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-REGISTERING.

Ladies and Gentlemen.... the time has come. I am now accepting pre registration with payments of $40.00.

Step 1: Please email me at LTX-Owner1@comcast.net if you are interested in registering.

Step 2: Once I have received your email, I will email you back with payment information as well as event information/instruction/agenda.

Step 3: Once you have done the above, and payment is made, I will add you to the pre registration list here.

If other arrangements need to be made, please explain via EMAIL and I will decide on each incident on its own.

EVENT DAY INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

DYNO & CAR SHOW:


Upon arrival, enter neighboring parking lot from KING ST entrance.


Follow parking directions from designated person
(If no one is there at the time, you should go to the furthest end of the lot, where you see “METERED PARKING” signs, and park next to the last car that is there. Use 1.5 spots per car. Back into your spot.)

DISCLAIMER FOR PARKING: There is an unspoken “OK” to park in the adjacent lot when there are larger events at the shop. This however will probably be bigger than those other incidents. I am hoping that the locals will be lenient with us, as we are bringing business to their community, however if parking enforcement comes around, I will make arrangements to pay the metered parking for the vehicles parked for the show, so if you see the official, PLEASE COME FIND ME.

Find Paperwork Table, or Larry (POPO) to get event paperwork that requires completion.

PAPERWORK YOU NEED:
-YOUR PAYMENT RECIEPT (If payment has not been made yet, this will be the time to pay).
-LIABILITY RELEASE FORM (This must be completed and returned to Larry “popo”)
-HP/TQ RESULTS FORM (this must stay with your vehicle and be completed at the time of dynoing. Once completed, this must get to Larry “popo” if you want to be part of the HIGH HP contest. Neither I, nor LTXtech.com, nor the event host will be responsible, if you fail to submit your form for the contest).
-CAR NUMBER (This will be a piece of paper with a number on it. It MUST be placed on your dash in a visible location so that your vehicle can be voted for in the car show. Remember, this is “PEOPLE’s CHOICE” so it may not necessarily be the prettiest… so don’t shy away from this. If you fail to display it, there will be no exceptions if your vehicle does not get any votes)
-VOTING SLIP (This is the slip that you will write your choice for the “PEOPLE’s CHOICE” car show award. Once completed, this slip should be dropped in the jar that will be labeled and in a designated location by 2:00pm, as that is when we will close voting for calculations).

DYNOING -9:00 am till we finish, or it gets to late.

CAR SHOW -9:30am till 12:00pm Show Time.
-12:30pm till 1:00pm Votes will be tallied between
-1:00pm till 1:30pm Car Show Trophy/Award will be presented between



REMEMBER: IF YOU ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE DYNO or CAR SHOW, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE. SUGGESTION IS THE FRONT (street side) OF THE BUSINESS.

-ALSO, IF YOU ARE TRAILERING, BE SURE TO CONTACT ME TO MAKE ARRANGMENTS.
(as of now, the owner of KNOPPS SERVICE & PERFORMANCE has OK’d the use of his lot for tow rigs, however it is a short distance away @ 599 WEST High St, Pottstown PA 19464). If your vehicle is street legal, parking at the tow rig lot and driving to the event would be best, however if your vehicles is not, we will assist you in unloading at the event, then getting your vehicle to the tow rig lot, and getting you a ride back).

-FINALLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON DYNOING YOUR VEHICLE AFTER ALL OF THE PREREGISTERED VEHICLES, as time allows, SEE LARRY TO MAKE PROPER ARRANGMENTS AS TO NOT DONATE & PAY FOR DYNO TIME.

Thanks to @firebird_1995 & his home CNCing machine. I am pretty sure these are what we will be using for TROPHIES/AWARDS for the dyno day event as well as the car show.







The creative process of @firebird_1995, in the making of our Dyno Day trophies/awards. Hope u all like em. Will have highest hp pa. Highest hp na. And peoples choice award for the car show. I am thinking of something different for a runners up in each catagory as well.
