Do u all think I will have an overheating issue if i get rid of the airdamn and do a splitter set up like in the pic?
I know the fbodies need the airdamn since they are "bottom feeders" for air... but what aboit the b bodies? After all, ive already relocated the airdamn more fwd than stock and no issues...

I'm sure you could aim the splitter slightly downward if need be but it seems to have a nice gap in it to allow plenty of air in for cooling. It deffinatly looks MUCH better.

since you cut the bumper bar for the opening in the smoothie bumper, you will be fine. the splitter will help direct air into any openings. also, you can back cut it so it doesn't go all the way back to the core support so it can still get air from underneath too. Originally Posted by popo8

I'm making the camaro a front feeder with a splitter with much smaller openings than you have with the grille and bumper

I was hoping that opening in the bumper plus the grill is open would be good enough...
Especially concerns me due to the extra heat from the blower.
