    The Crower is probably the best lifter for the money but the only downside is you can't pull them with the heads installed. Same goes for the Morel 5206 and all of the linkbars I've asked about.

    Decent no linkbar lifters would be the Johnson SLRs for $430 and then the Morel 4708 for $550+. Everything gets more expensive from there.

    Crower 66330 (suggested by Karl Ellwein), Lunati 72438 (recommended to me by Lloyd), and the Howards 91174 are the cheap lifter options. All are around $200-250. Not sure how long any of them would last.

    @American-Powerhouse Do you guys carry Johnson or Morel?
