rear end clunking while sitting still,
Car on lift with pinion gear out behind the guy and he says "we gotta pull the rear end apart and see what wrong" when they already went thru rear end.
Guy tried to tighten the rockers and was bottomed out on stud and he tried to keep tightening. Hopefully they were playing stupid for the camera and making it seem like they could not figure out the problem. I hope they are smarter than that. Pushrods were too short and he said "we gotta pull the entire engine back apart and get the right length pushrods" when they just had to pull rockers and install correct pushrods.
Like I said, Hopefully they are just playing stupid for the camera.

I think they are just trying to play the fat & stupid card. The latest episode with the stupid ass glue comments...they didn't use any glue, its called rust. I'm sorry to say I think they had potential but got the wrong producers who think that what their portraying is good. I also don't get where there prices are coming from...Gas Money is cheaper than these guys.

What is sad is that this show was supposed to be a much more serious show about a guy who wanted to restore an old wore out hotrod into a badass old school drag car. Not all this fat stupid hillbilly crap you guys are describing.

I'm bothered by this show.
In the intro, he says "There's tricks to making these old muscle cars fast and I know them all."
If the trick is to charge 20-30K and dump a large crate motor and Tremec trans in them then he certainly knows it because that's all they do.95 Mystic Z28, 17x9 FR, 17x11 RR ZR-1's, Pacesetter LT's and Y-pipe, Borla adjustable, Moroso CAI, 2800 Stall, AC Delete, and Cracked Dash/broken lid Mod.
