if you are trying to get away with a stock converter and stock (2.59-3.08) gears, I would stay below 220 duration.

The CC 502 is an OK choice depending on what springs, rockers, etc ytou plan on using. This can will work with inexpensive springs, rockers, pushrods, etc.

We can also do a 215/224 .533/.533 112 LSA cam that works with less expensive springs, rockers, pushrods, etc.

If using $230 dbl spring kit, Lunati Voodoo or Comp Ultra Pro Mag rockers, $100 pushrords, etc we can do something like a 214/222 .565/.562 112 LSA up to a 215/223 .597/.610 112 LSA cam depending on how long the springs need to live.

@NightTrain66 Thank you for the suggestions, if I had the budget to go custom cam, I'd definitely be going with you.

All the parts have been ordered for several days now, so I'm just waiting on them to come in. I'm using comp 918 springs and comp magnum rockers 1.6 ratio, along with their pushrods. A big reason I went with this cam etc. is because I was able to get every part at "cost" from a local speed shop my mechanic does business with. Also, the car does have an FTI 3200 stall, gears will unfortunately remain stock for at least a year.

I'm sure the car will run fine with that cam.

That duration is about what you need.
