Bitter sweet season opener today. Went easy on the launch to see how the car was going to do. 1st run 10.94 @122 1.48 60ft. 2nd run noticed car was acting weird at the line, launched it anyway and ran a 10.90 @122, car pulled hard right so suspension needs a little work. The DA was just about 100 with a 15 MPH head wind. Went to tweak tune and fried PCM. Figures... With a little suspension tweak and a couple more harder runs would have pulled some 10.8s. Oh well next time.

I had a spare but was not able to tune it. Must be some wiring issue. How much for the socketed one you're talking about?

I don't want to bugger up your thread but here's the link to what we do. Its $100 shipped plus your core and comes with one extra set of chips preloaded with a tune of your choice. Most guys opt for their base tune that will at least get the car started and home. Or if you're trailering it, back on the starting line.
