These are the ones that Thunder Racing has. I use them every chance I get. Wonderful sales staff there. I've never had an issue with them, period.

Basically, you'll mount the light somewhere and you'll hook up the tach signal. You should be able to do this by tapping into the green wire on your coil connector. I reccommend using the connectors that are made for this purpose specifically. I can't remember what they're called, but you can get them at about any parts store. You can also get your tachometer reference a wire in the PCM, but I don't know which one you'd need to tap. Now that I think of it, I think there's 2 options on the PCM wires.

It should be a pretty simple install, but I can't say for sure as I have never installed one. I would think 3 wires at most. Keep in mind you'll need the proper pills for your desired setting.

I absolutly love my new AutoMeter Tube light. I did not realize it had a Tach built in! I can actually read the damn thing going down the track and hit my shift points.

    I highly recomend it

    Raptor

I run them in my own cars and customer cars. They are small and easy to place + just a simple 3 wire hook up. ( no additional tach driver either )
