How ironic, my AEM died this weekend after three years. New sensor was only $60 shipped though.

My Wideband is finally in my car and calibrated. So how do I understand this thing?

    It's an lc1

On start up the led flashes then goes solid. I assume it's warming up.

What afr should my car be while cruising? And at idle?

Idle AFR should be around 14.7-15.5 from what ive researched. Lean cruise should be about the same ranging from 14.0-16.5

^ When hot and what not, obviously cold will be a tad rich and then settle into its desired parameters once warm.

Cold idle yesterday had me around 8 at idle and up to 12 in revs. What is ideal for wot?

I'll tune a little in it this weekend if it's not raining.

Something isn't right, If your open loop/cold start up is showing an 8.0 on your wideband your car is running WAY rich. Are you sure your sensor is reading correctly?

Yea, make sure you do a free air calibration and then evaluate.

Ya 14.7 at idle high 13s cruising and 12.9 to 13.3 at wot. 8 isn't right lol. Some people like a lean cruise afr but I don't

    Default Wideband!!!

Ok here is what i observed. The 7 or 8 at startup, is almkst like a default number for the gauge. I think it says 7.4 or 7.6. As i give it some gas it goes to 10 and 12 then gauge begins flashing and goes back to 7.4. Like the connection sux.

I emailed innovative about the wideband as I can not find any info on how to understand it.

Im wondering if I wired the gauge to the correct wire. I used the yellow one not the brown.
