ONLY YOU can make sure that does not happen.

Elipticals are great, esp for no impact

i should be pretty good about using it. my knee doesnt handle jogging anymore due to a torn meniscus so this and bike riding is my only option at home.

I'm not one for really working out. But my new years resolution was to lose 30lbs. Being 19 and weighing in at 270 its not much fun... well, this past week I've been eating a bunch less, and watching what I do eat.

Before, a normal day would consist of cookies for breakfast, some sort of fast food for lunch, or a whole medium pizza, then probably another fast food meal at work.

Well, this week was my time to man up and start, so for the past week, my daily diet has been mainly a granola bar and a monster in the morning, apple and a spoon of peanut butter for lunch, and a subway or Penn station sandwich for dinner.

In only a week I've lost 6.5lbs...I always feel hungry though, but its probably because my diet used to be so full of crap, and I ate so much.

So hopefully when I see you guys at the shootout I will be down to 240

Cut out the Monster for breakfast and drink a Carnation or something, that'll help, too.

I have those. But they don't really do it for me. I've always loved monster. And I feel like it helps me wake up for school and give me more energy...and only 220 calories
