I've tried most of the supplements N.o. explode etc. In my opinion, caffeine is an awesome supplement for endurance sports as well as bodybuilding. As for workouts I do 5x5 strong lifts because we all want to be big.

I did a lot of reading on the Synedrex last night. Basically, it has as much caffeine as two cans of Monster. It has other stimulants in it that do add up to a pretty high amount. Basically, if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions, stay away from it. Other than that, it gets rave reviews.
Since my girlfriend and I broke up, neither of us have gone grocery shopping, basically meaning I've been eating nothing but fast food. Surprisingly enough, I haven't gained nor lost any weight due to that. I've cut out eating when I get home from work (I get home at about 4:30am, go to bed around 5:30-6am), which is probably the reason I havent gained any. Her and I still live together, but it works more like a roommate arrangement. She went grocery shopping last night and basically bought herself frozen snacks, so it's time for me to step up and get to business.
Starting Monday, I'm going to be hitting Subway, and other local delis and getting sandwiches, like turkey, and chicken, load it up with vegetables, and use that for my meals. I'll be cutting out energy drinks and soda. I'm starting back onto my daily vitamins and will be ordering Synedrex here in a few minutes. I'm hoping the Synedrex will at least allow my body to take advantage of the activity I do to burn fat. I'm on my feet all night at work, and I'm hoping that it'll activate my metabolism to where that actually benefits me.
I just hopped on the scale, and I'm sitting at 217. I've lost a few pounds since the last time I got on the scale I was 223. It's a start but it's not enough.

I had to re-order the pills since my debt card got locked down. Hopefully I'll have them sometime this week. I went to Baltimore ComiCon so it was a weekend of no sleep and eating terribly. I figure it's a good with to end a bad eating regiment. Time to start up on vegetables and chicken and stuff again.

I read the directions suggested that you take one to two pills TWICE a day, and holy hell that would be a massive amount of caffeine. I'm not sensitive to caffeine like most people, but I wouldn't even attempt that much. I'm pretty much going to have to take one when I get up and hopefully I don't crash on the drive home from work...no pun intended.

Ok, I've been slacking in the gym for awhile... decided I need to get back at it. So went this morning after I dropped my daughter off. Came home and got on the scale, not too happy. Lol.
Day 1: 197lbs, 18% body fat, 59.8% water and 24.4 BMI.
I know that's not horrible, but not great for me. Normally even without working out and keep around 190. Ultimate goal is to get where I used to be, 5 years ago, 210lbs and 12ish% body fat. Time to start watching what I eat.
Making you silky smooth...
