Looks like we may be working it out (hopefully).
I get back in Jax wednesday and am going to take a close look at everything at the machine shop.
Hopefully my build only got delayed a week (or two at most)

Block is being honed right now, I settled things as good as possible with, camarossguy2. He is paying for the hone and reassembly. I'm paying for the tear down, cleaning, and possibly new rings (just to be safe after the hone.. the rings in it are fine but as a precaution).
The bearings are all fine so I should be okay with those. Only other worry is whether or not the hub will be snug on the crank snout. Hopefully it will.
I get back in Jax tomorrow and am looking to either pick up the motor or just check everything out and get it picked up the next day or so. Hopefullyyyyyy everything goes as planned and i have this together in the next couple weeks.

if you are pulling it down to hone why not do new bearings? they have to come out anyway.

I have looked at everything personally, and no metal made it past the rings at all. the cylinder walls were scored up from carbon/dirt.
I looked at every single bearing yesterday as well as the machine shop checked everything out.
I will figure out what is being replaced in the next week or so.

Sigh... machine shop is busy lately so hopefully the shortblock will be back together by the middle of the coming week.
And JE had me open my ring gap a lot compared the where the previous owner had them set
