We were talking about it on here. Wanted to see if we could ltx the dream cruise a bit...but not sure if we can find the real estate to gtg.

We usually meet up in a parking lot that's free, first come first serve. Only caveat is that you have to be there fairly early the day of the Dream Cruise. But as we were explaining to Jamie - to really enjoy the Dream Cruise you need to come on a Wednesday and stay through Sunday morning. Wednesday it's still cruise-able, Thursday it starts to turn into a traffic jam, Friday the Big 3 will bring out their toys to cruise in (in years past they've cruised ZL1s before launch, the 2009 Camaro concept car was cruised up and down Woodward, etc), and then Saturday it's just one big traffic jam parking lot mess where cruising up and down the ~10 mile stretch will take you a few hours.

Here's a couple galleries from this past year -- although I wasn't at the Dream Cruise on Saturday due to my cousin getting married on the day of the cruise. The Dream Cruise in 2012 was on Saturday, August 18th, so the galleries below are the Wednesday and Friday before the cruise.

This year would be a perfect year to go. The organizers of Builders & Buyers Oshawa Meet & Greet (BBOMG) are having their show at the Dream Cruise this year so there should be a huge influx of 5th gens cruising the strip.... Would be cool to have more LTx folks down there too so we could just have one big FBody bash.
