I want to help my LTX family

Looks like dzltek will be the first to try out the computer loaner program. Hopefully it all works out for him. Its packaged up and if all goes well, his donation will be something that will be for every future borrower of the laptop/equipment.

Go through the lap top.... and check out all of the tuning software on there....

Also, remember, I set it up to go wifi, and I sent a line to go on line so you can get your tune on it. If the case does not fit... just hang on to the box I shipped it in, and when your done...send her back in it....

I hope it all goes smooth. Keep me/us posted.

Even if its not, its the gesture that counts. At first you didn't want the wifi on the computer. That was fine, not a problem, but you unlocked it and told me to do what I gotta do to get it done. I LOVE THIS FORUM BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE. Genuinely nice, caring, and helpful. People helping people!! Its what we need more of in this world.

I figured...if I couldnt help you do what you needed... then there was no point in me offering. So I roll the dice, and set it up for you...and if it gets messed up... I can fix it.

Was talking to my good friend that's gonna help me with flashing and data logging. Anyways, he came up with the simplest idea I feel stupid. Were gonna use a flash drive, load my emailed tune to it, and then flash it from there. Never have to use wifi on your computer!! So Iim gonna turn it off and your computer will be just as clean as you sent it to me.

It worked!!! Now I'm hoping the battery will hold up to do some data logging!!
