It's ok. If it progresses to me wanting my money back and him not giving it, I'll put him out of business legally. I have every email and PM saved, down to the ones at the end of july with him saying 4-5 weeks for a kit.

One day shy of 5 weeks since last conversation. No call back from Wednesday last week when I called. I just left a very stern message. If I don't talk to him today, I'm going to try to file a chargeback. If I can't, I'm going to file in small claims court.
