i used to have an S&W .500, until my parents sold it.
they figured having a high caliber revolver around someone who was depressed wasn't the greatest idea ever.
good thing they didn't know that i had tried to use it to do exactly what they didn't want me to do. i failed because of 6 duds in a row...
now i'm looking for something else. just more for target practice, but that will still have some stopping power in case i ever had to use it. i'm going to try and get my concealed carry too, so it needs to be decently small.

Wow, ok... three things....
#1, Please confirm that you have yourself straightned out before even thinking about buying another firearm....
#2, be careful writting things like that where someone may see it. honestly, I have received many third party calls regarding things just like this from people who care about the person that tied my hands and forced me to involuntarily comit people for being a threat to harm themselves or others. (thats the cop in me, give you heads up bro.)
#3, Like Chris said, if you ever need to vent, do it...... dont bottle it up till its to late. OK?

well first 45 long colt or 45 acp? As far as I know the acp is not very popular in the revolver world, its more of a pistol cartridge
for me a revolver would be a good first gun, pretty easy to take care of, and nothing to jam.
its like people say, you would rather have 6 sure shots than maybe 15.
Why not a 38 special?
As in the pictures above, I have a Rossi and a Taurus, both are great, the Rossi had to be smoothed out when I first got it, but the Taurus was great out of the box. I picked up the Rossi for about 300 bucks, and the Taurus for about 400, both brand new in box97 Trans Am WS6, LT1 factory 4bolt freak, M6,
68 Firebird 400, YC 400, 670 heads M4
14 Fiat 500e, 83kW motor, 24kWh 364 V battery
