Man, seems like I can't catch a break. Don't know if anyone is even checking this anymore but ohwell. I ended up in the hospital day after christmas and been pretty sick since. Trying like hell to catch a break so I can jump back in this thing. Trying to trade up my Performabuilt lvl2 with 3200 converter for a T56 now. Not going so well with that. Bout 3g's in debt from the hospital so I'll see what I can come by with trading and such. Keep an eye out for a painted frame and rear diff though, that I can hopefully do.

Alright, we're back on track here and things will start moving along after vacation. Picked up a 01 Camaro v6 as a parts car and took the rear brakes for my Buick rear end. So four wheel disk for me. Pulled the column and it is ~ 1" shorter than factory. Going to swap the u joint shaft into my camaro and use the rag joint shaft from that into the buick to mate to the factory box. So tilt steering FTW. Also grabbed up a set of 18's to cover the c5 fronts. Looking good. Did I mention the car was free.

Cool project. Old school with fuel injection. What color are you going with? Wheels? Just read the updates. Sounds real nice. Way to keep into it.

I'm going to get some pictures as soon as someone comes and tows this v6 body out of my garage. It's taking all the room to work on the Buick. For now the car will remain primer or satin black primer. Wheels are black with chrome lip 18x9's. Trying to get a 275 maybe a 285 under the rear. We'll see. Lots of rear suspension parts are coming in the mail soon.

Got the v6 body out of the garage and started tearing the fbody 10bolt apart to get the disk backing plates off so I can swap them to my Buick rear end. Finally found and priced out a posi unit and some 3.90's for the Buick rear. Going to be looking into that soon. Ordered the new body harness from american auto wire. Have front sway bar 1.25" coming in as well as some poly engine mounts and trans mount. Next on the list probably this week, is the rest of the rear suspension parts. Just need to send an order for the rear springs, rear sway bar, upper and lower rear control arms, and control arm braces. Once I have everything in I can start reassembling the frame with all the components and test fit wheels, engine, and trans. I'll try to get pictures up soon. I only have a phone to take pics so it takes some time to get them on here. Thanks for following and for all the support.
