I posted a thread on LS1Tech, but I'll add info here too since this seems to be a widespread issue. I had my original MSD opti, 9 years old, that the rotor screws backed out and the rotor detached....

Not a fan of weld-in stuff, suppose you need to take them off? You'll be grinding them off of the frame. My 3 point bolt-in SLP's made a heck of a difference in rigidity of the frame.

For the PHB, I'd go for an on-car adjustable, just for ease of setting it and not having to remove it... -
