A timing light on an LT1 is pointless. There's no pointer, or refernce mark on the crank.... unless I'm wrong.

FYI, I called MSD to hear it from the horse's mouth and according to the tech I spoke with it's for sure counter-clockwise for retard.

Now I'm not going to touch it becuase I don't need my car...

Anyone know for sure which direction you turn the screw to retard the timing? Clockwise or counter clockwise? I've been searching and googling for hours to get a definite answer and keep coming up...
