Would up being a bad coil and the icm also tested bad so I replaced that.

Update: this has turned into a total no start. I'm getting no spark at the coil so I suspect it may have failed

I was able get the car to start and idle using starting fluid. That was how I got those reading with the car running. All fuel pressure readings were taken after the car stalled on me the first time

The car has no issues trying to start, and it fired right up and idled when I sprayed starting fluid, so I doubt its an ignition issue
