Finally received the TPIS 58MM TB, had to wait a couple months to get one without the grey anodizing. Why they would not want to offer this thing as a regular option is beyond me, but I got what I wanted ! :owned:
This thing is gorgeous, work of art. It uses a roller bearing design which is flawless in movement. Aluminum machined IAC housing and many other nice little items. If anyone is considering purchasing a 52mm or 58mm, you need to look into the TPIS units. They are well worth the money....

That's a nice looking piece. Can you possibly post a pic of the back side??? I want to see if they did the IAC Ports right.

that thing is gorgeous!

i took a dremel to my stock coolant/IAC thing when i got my bbk throttle body and now it doesnt have the coolant passages or pipes, just the iac.. looks better than capped of pipes sticking out.

Here are two more pics, one with a pic of the back (hopefully this is what you want)?

Yah.....they (like everyone else) jacked up the IAC ports on the back side there. You see the center hole between the blades?? That NEEDS to be isolated from the two main bores. If you look at the intake manifold you'll see that the center hole lines up with the hole in the intake, which is the Idle Air distribution passages. Those passages, though small, run to each intake runner (you'll see the little holes in the floors of the runners), for equal idle air distribution. Letting it into the center bores like that has been known to cause some nasty split fuel trims at idle/low throttle conditions. Good news is it's fixable with some JB weld (or other filler or putty that hardens) and some trimmed copper tubing.
