pics from a car show on 9/27/08

The show was Cruisin for a Cure. Its the largest one day charity car show in the country. they had over 3500 cars, with only hot rods, muscle cars, and customs. imports were not welcome.

the format for the show was you get in starting at 4:30am, and park. once the show starts at 8am you can cruise the path and look at the cars (and people look at your car) or you stay parked and walk around, or just sit and watch the parade of cars. you will see in the pics a combo of both.

I got very limited pics as my camera sucks, but heres what i got:

oh, and yes, somehow a prius and a 4runner got into it. the prius gets in every year, he has some "nice" custom chrome 14" wheels and custom lightning decals on the sides (no doubt they are from pep boys. ROFL

yea i agree, when i saw that cobra i was like WTF!!! thats awesome.

and yes i took a pic of that red delorean for that exact reason. not sure how youd paint a stainless steel car, maybe the metal parts are powder coated or anodized.
