Hey guys,
Newbie here thats gonna need more than a little help! I've owned my Firehawk for about 12 years, but really haven't done much to it. With only 40,000 miles, the motor blew so I'm in the market for a rebuild and you know it isn't going back stock! Thanks again and I look forward to getting to know alot of you!
That's unfortunate the motor went with that many miles but I'm glad to hear you're not wanting just a stock lousy 275 horse again :)

Actually I dropped a block off I bought from Craigslist to a machine shop on Friday. I've played with cars for years, but haven't done much with an LT1. I'm setting it up for boost too, so we'll see how that goes. The goal is to build the motor this year and add a supercharger next year. Should be an interesting project to say the least.

I will have a million questions I'm sure.............

Good to see more Hawks floating around, especially with some crazy plans :D
What kind of power should a 383 car make? With maybe a baby cam and some slight head work?

I'm hoping for around 700 horsepower and retain all the factory accesories.....don't want to make a race car out of this one!
Thanks,
Tony
