That really blows, I'm in MD 90% of the time.... oh well tinted windows FTW at least they can't pull me over for tint in MD. lol

i heard stuff about this on the radio this morning. I know im guilty of it just like a lot of others. Its really for the best tho

Good, more states need to do this. It is WAY more dangerous to text while driving than it is to actually talk on the phone

agreed, texting is pointless anyways, unless your in a place that requires you to be quiet

I don't know, I just doubt they are going to hassle an out of state car for tint...

Not really, they could check the cell phone companies log with the time of the violation. I doubt it would be that hard to prove, if they actually wanted to go to the trouble of doing it. Depends on how much the citation actually is I suppose.

Cell companies are not going to give out that info without a warrant. And while it may be technically possible to obtain such a warrant for a traffic ticket, it won't happen in the real world.
