ALWAYS WANTED ONE NOT SURE HOW HARD THE INSTALL IS LOOKING TO INSTALL LIKE A 5 INCH TACH WITH A SHIFT LIGHT WHERE DOES IT INSTALL? AND AFTER INSTALLED THESE ARE A LOT MORE ACCURATE THAN STOCK CORRECT???

HOLY CAP LOCKS BATMAN YOU DONT NEED TO YELL EVERYTHING.
Look for the white wire after your tach filter. It will be a bit more accurate than the factory one though if you just get a shift light it will do the same thing. You already have a tach in your dash you dont need a 6inch tach sitting on your dash when you already have one

sorry sometime caps gets hit and i dont turn it off tell someone complains lol or makes a note of it!! but bump for some help with a tach install??

I just told you. Imho just buy a shift light and put it in one of your vents. You dont need 2 tachs.

maybe a stupid question, but how can you mount a shift light to a stock tach.

I am about to do it, but Im gona incorporate the MSD 6al box...
Nice and clean.... stock tack , and adjustable shift light....

You run the shift light off the Tach Wire. I didnt even use a msd box. Just ran it off the signal wire. Worked perfectly fine for me for a 30 dollar light from summit and fit right in the driver side vent.

Isnt vent mounting guages and stuff for people who got rid of AC etc???
