Yes, even though they are quite a bit more expensive, but the poly bumpers are replaceable and it is a nice cnc piece

Oh trust me i know they are i bought a pair from him. If u want to pay 60 or 65 dollars for a pair of bump stopper feel free. Some of use are not made of money and dont have the money to pay for something that cost 4x as much.

Those that are interested, I am testing this style of snubber over the style I was using to see if these fit the lowered cars better. I will also be making the mounting bracket slightly thicker to help even more on the 17+" rims, getting closer to the SLP units used with the stock bump stops.
And you would be suprised what another place is charging for a similar design....$120

I have needed new jounce bumpers for some time now. There's a nice dent in the exhaust going over my rear end because of the deteriorating bumper. The dealership was charging far too much and they seemed to be on back order everywhere else with no signs of becoming available again.
Herron: I liked your item a lot. If I had the funds, I would have taken car of the problem sooner. I had a pair of SLP jounce spacers lying around, and was going to fab something similar. Instead, I decided to go ahead and try this method. I've been running out of projects, so it came at a good time. With the use of the spacers, there was no need for any modification car side. However, I did not do it exactly the same as the link to LS1tech. I noticed someone question the reuse of the spacers @ LS1tech, but it was necessary in the long run. The Jeep part was a half inch shorter than stock height of the bumper. I did not wish to allow even more travel in the rear end to avoid the problem I was already having. To avoid this, I turned the spacer over and rotated it 180 degrees. I removed only a portion of the raised section on the spacer so it would sit flush, and drilled new bolt holes. This way, the spacer can still be used as intended if need be, and the Jeep bumper remains at stock height. Seems to do the job now. See pics:

yep, those are the snubbers that i will be going to and if you have the SLP units a no brainer to do it the way you did. The brackets I put with the snubbers should not require you to make any changes, just bolt in and go.
